“This company seems very money hungry and not very concerned about their clientele. If you can't make your appointment, they require you to cancel within 24 hours or they charge you half of your treatment. This is completely understandable but we all know life happens sometimes. I was admitted for emergency surgery and was unable to make my appt. I kindly call and let them know minutes before going into surgery that I wouldn't be able to make my appointment and still was told I'd have to come out of pocket with over $100 to cover my cancellation fee. I was instructed to email "upper management" as they might be able to waive any additional charges. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for a response to that email, it has been nearly a week. It's mind blowing that something like unplanned, emergency surgery wouldn't constituent any human empathy from anyone at this company. I suppose even death wouldn't get you out of their ridiculous cancellation policy. Definitely not a place I want to continue to frequent.UPDATE: I was finally contacted by management and was given a credit for the amount I was charged. They're cancellation policy has been updated to 48 hours so hopefully all the clientele will be able to accommodate this change.”

She is the fastest tech and does the perfect frequency; my skin almost has zero reaction to it. Plus, the prices can't be beat. I have tried lasering in the past, but I just think electrolysis is the way to go. And truly, I would relate the sensation to a light needle poke (why does everyone say a rubber band snap? How often is everyone getting snapped with rubber bands?).I also love that I can quickly schedule online, and the offices (while more confined) are easy to park and walk to, or just walk to if you live around Old Town. I'll definitely be investigating their other services given how happy I am with the electrolysis thus far!”
