There are variety of options to use bazlam with Turkish cuisine. I personally love to have it with baba ganoush, or hummus.

You can make it a wrap in form of shawarma and add in middle whatever you have in your kitchen. Kaboobs, dips, and pickles makes a pefect wrap for your lunch or dinner.

It pairs up well as a side with baked chicken, roasted tomatoes, honey garlic carrots and sauteed mushrooms.

If you want, you can also turn this pillowy bazlama bread into skillet pizza just by adding toppings with cheese. It's a great idea to use the leftover. Kids will surely love it.

Another way is to make it a little crispy on the skillet and give a diagonal cut like nachos and serve with cheese sauce.
